I live in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What kind of music do you like ?
I like all kinds, but my favorites include Rob Zombie, Annie Lennox and of course, John Williams.

What type of movies do you like ?
Star Wars! What else?!

How long have you played Star Wars Galaxies ?
4 years. I have been here since Beta.

What other MMO's have you played ?
just about all of them- City of Heroes, World of Warcraft etc. You name it, I've tried it.

What have been your most memorable moment in SWG?
Probably when I unlocked jedi (did it on Droid Engineer). Loved that moment when all the confetti ans Star Wars music played.

Who or what got you into playing ?
Well, I was always a huge Star Wars fan, so this was a natural for me.

What are your thoughts about the patches and updates for Star Wars Galaxies ?
I think chapter 7 should be huge with all the new content. The recent patches have really added a lot of balance back to the game.

What do you think about our new Dev Team ?
Well- I have to say, the NGE was NOT a great change to the game, but the recent changes are definately a step back in the right direction, so I can't speak ill of them. I would give a week's wages to sit down with them and have a serious discussion about game mechanics though.

What does a typical Star Wars Galaxies day consist of for you ?
I work from the home, so typically my morning consists of resetting all of my factories and vendors and harvesters and filling orders. By afternoon, a large majority of the Empire comes on so then its time for PVP.

What was the race of your very first character ?
Human.

Do you have any pets in game ?
Yes, but I don't use them much- Bolotaur, Graul, Rancor, Kimoglia, Spider...those are the ones I pull most.

What are your plans in the future in Star Wars Galaxies ?
Hopefully work my way back up the food chain to General on my main (Inveigle) by only using PVP. Also reestablish all my businesses solidly on the server- I had taken a 6 month sabbatical from actively playing the game.

How did you choose your main character's name?
I didn't. The original toon's name was "Hotbox", but after 2 years of playing the toon, another player complained about the name and SOE made me change it. The name "Inveigle" is latin for a term used in conjunction with 'speaking evil', which I thought was appropriate.

Do you have any other hobbies then playing Star Wars?
Sure. I creatively write in several magazines, also speak publicly, mostly leadership seminars.

What is the most credits you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters?
Probably on resources for my business on a day to day basis- I'll spend 20-30 million a week. Most I ever spent for a sole item was 20 million for a health buff crystal- I have 6 now- one for each PVP night.

What is your highest level character ?
90- all of my toons are 90.

What is your favorite ground vehicle ?
Well I use my walker the most since its fastest, but I still have a soft spot for my old flash speeder.

What is your favorite ship ?
Jedi Starfighter for obvious reasons.

Which profession you have NOT played in SWG ?
None. Even after I unlocked jedi I ground out every profession to get the badges. When the NGE came along, I tried em all.

What faction is your main character ?
Imperial- and never once was Rebel. Inveigle is a hard core Dark Jedi.

What do you like the most about the profession you have chosen for your main character ?
The lightsaber- it's all about the lightsaber baby. I sorely miss the FRS system though.

What is your favorite expansion and why ?
Rage of the Wookies becuase it was the first and still have some wonderful areas like the Necrosis fight.

What is your favorite planet and why ?
Still love Dantooine, even though I settled recently on Lok. It was the place where I ground out Jedi and built the original Clan of the Black Lotus city (Lotus).

What is your favorite in game item ?
My lightsaber. All 20 point flawless pearls that were hard earned from many hours of killing krayts.

Which house style is the best for you in Star Wars Galaxies ?
Tatooine. Always loved the golden look of the housing.

Can you call your self a real Star Wars Fan ?
Absolutely. Halloween is when I get to wear my authentic jedi robes- even crafted my own lightsaber. After all, what self respecting jedi wouldn't craft their own saber.

Have you read any Star Wars Books ?
Some, but never really got into them.

Who is your favorite Star Wars character ?
Darth Vader. Purest character in the whole series of movies.

Who is the worst Star Wars character ?
Jar Jar Binks- and that needs no explanation.

Who is your favorite  Star Wars Galaxies NPC and why ?
Luke Skywalker because he always tells me to join the light side- futilely.

Do you have any childhood hero ?
James Kirk actually. Loved that guy- NOBODY kicked his butt.

What other Star Wars games have you played ?
All of em. Anything wher I can wield a lightsaber, and my character is Hotbox in all of em.

What do you like best about Star Wars Galaxies ?
The open world PVP and the constant drama and tensions between the guilds. There's always action on Bria.

Do you run a PA ?
Not now, I retired, but I did for 3.5 years. I was guildmaster of the BLC, one of the most notorious ganking guilds on the server. I retired to MCO-E currently.

Do you run or work for a Star Wars Galaxies Fan Site?
No.

What type of work do you do in real ?
I am a financial consultant and professional speaker.

What do you think about NGE ?
Well, its gotten better but I think the best all around system was the CU version of the game. It still needs a lot of work although I think they finally got the combat balanced between the toons. I miss a lot of the old game mechanics like TEF, Citywarn and especially the FRS system.

What do you think about older combat systems in our game ?
The CU, I think was most flexible system in the game and I miss it. It DID have its share of problems and it could be exploited all too easily. The NGE eliminated many of thiose exploits but created some new ones which I'm sure SOE is working on. The original system, although had some fantastic elements, was just too flawed to be kept.

What do you think about upcoming chapter(s) ?
Chapter 7 I am anxiously looking forward too. Space expansion and other things...well no big deal.

What do you not like about Star Wars Galaxies ?
The profession counselor- it HAS to go. It's far too easy to constantly change professions, although an expertise reset is fine. I also have an issue with too many jedi in the game, but that ship has sailed I'm afraid.



Did you get out anything of playing Star Wars Galaxies ?
Leadership skills mostly- particularly when a guildleader. Ultimately, for me, its about the greta freindships- and enemies- I've developed over the years.

Would you like to change anything in SWG ?
Yes, bring back TEF in some form. Also citywarn and the FRs, but I'll settle for TEF. I think its ridiculous that a rebel can kill a stormtrooper in front of me and I can't do anything about it.



Would you like to greet anyone of your in game and/or real life friends ?
I have actually. Some of my guildies I met in California a year ago and we had a lunch together. Was great!
