The Factions
In a Star Wars game, you would expect to see the battle rage between the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire - and Galaxies doesn't disappoint.
However, the developers understand that not everyone is bothered by the ongoing civil war, so players can chose to remain netural.
To join either the Rebels of Empire, players need to complete several quests either on ground or space, which you get from Imperial or Rebel terminals. Once you have reached a certain amount of points (200), you can then join your chosen faction and take part in the Galactic Civil War (GCW).
Although not recommended at the start, you can take part in raids on faction bases, battle in pvp at Restuss, the games pvp zone and earn more GCW points and increase your rank within your faction.
