Kill any type of webweaver spider, they are found in, and near the ShadowWeave Caverns POI in the Kkowir Forest. Until you get message that you have gotten all 20 strands, you will get 2,000 credits deposited to your bank.
Now return and talk to Yraka Nes (Medical Nurse) for your reward.
